Arrival in Calgary, Alberta Arrive in Calgary and transfer to your downtown hotel. |

Calgary - Drumheller - Red Deer After breakfast we will commence our journey back through time for more than 65 million years by visiting the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Paleontology, home of the world’s largest collection of dinosaur skeletons. We depart Drumheller for Stettler to board Alberta Prairie Railway Excursions’ vintage steam train. Onboard entertainment, a big country dinner, and 1800’s theme enactments, including a train robbery, makes this 5-hour trip an experience you will never forget. Our overnight accommodation will be in the City of Red Deer. |

Red Deer - Edmonton Today we will journey north on Highway #2 to Edmonton. Alberta’s capital and home to the world’s largest shopping mall, and Canada’s largest historical park - Fort Edmonton Park. The park is a living history museum that reaches the development of Edmonton through four historical periods - The Fort, 1885 Street, 1905 Street and 1920 Street. At the conclusion of our visit here we will head for West Edmonton Mall, where you will be free to explore many attractions such as the submarine ride, dolphin show, amusement park, water park and more! |

Edmonton - Jasper National Park Our destination today is Jasper, located in the middle of Jasper National Park in Alberta’s Rocky Mountains; here you will enjoy friendly mountain hospitality, peaceful low-key atmosphere, and the promise of adventure to make your visit unforgettable. In the afternoon we will take a cruise on the spectacular Maligne Lake and later enjoy a superb BBQ dinner at our mountain lodges. |

Jasper - Icefields Parkway - Lake Louise - Banff National Park From Jasper we will travel the “most scenic highway in the world”, the Icefields Parkway. At the Columbia Icefield we will take an adventurous ride atop the Athabasca Glacier in a SnoCoach. Continuing along the Icefields Parkway we will stop for lunch at the breathtaking Chateau Lake Louise and arrive in Banff in the afternoon. |

Banff National Park - Calgary This morning we will take the Banff Gondola to breakfast at the top of Sulphur Mountain where you can marvel at the grandeur of this unique part of the world and enjoy the breathtaking views of one of the world’s premier destination spots and birthplace of Canada’s National park system. Before leaving, we will taka town tour, and then visit more fascinating sites such as the Cave and Basin springs with their bubbling thermal waters. Johnston Canyon, the Hoodoos and Bow Falls, finally arriving in Calgary in the early evening. Transfer to the Airport or to your downtown hotel if you stay an additional night. |
