All motorhomes are insured with $2,000,000.00 public liability insurance to cover accidents in the event that the client is at fault. Additional coverage and reductions can be purchased as follows:

If the trip is interrupted by automotive mechanical breakdown of the vehicle, which requires more than 12 hours to repair, the following refunds will apply.
Note: Mechanical breakdown does not include the malfunctions of the radio, air conditioner, generator, furnace, water pump, or any appliance. VIP applies only if mechanical breakdown to be repaired is for more than 12 hours after being reported to the appropriate rental station. Receipts must be presented at the time of drop-off.
In the event of a traffic accident, VIP insurance does not cover accommodations or replacement vehicle if vehicle is inoperable.
Refund of basic rate (without KM) or portion thereof until unit is repaired.
Food and lodging $35 per person. Alternative transportation $35 per day per group. Not to exceed $2000.00 per rental to qualify.

Before departure, time will be spent to acquaint the Renter with the use and operation of the vehicle. This will cover all aspects necessary for the enjoyment of a Recreational Vehicle. If required, a test drive will also be given. Please allow 1-2 hours for instruction, paperwork and unpacking
Early Pick-up up from 9:00 – 12:00 and drop off option until 3:00 pm is available for additional $75.00. |

| Dalton Highway, Road to Circle, North Canol Road or Logging Roads. Travel on the Dempster Highway, Denali Hwy & the Laird Hwy must specify at time of booking. VIP insurance must be purchased and will not cover any damage to the tires. 27-30‘ Motorhomes are restricted. Any repairs or damages resulting from travel in restricted areas without authorization are the renter's responsibility and insurance coverage is void. |
