Included in the rental rates is the insurance (CDR: Collision Deductible Reduction) with $3 million liability. In the event of loss or damage to the vehicle, whether or not due to the fault of the Renter, the Renters responsibility (provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the rental agreement) is limited to a maximum of $5000.00 per occurrence except as outlined under limited coverage. There is no limit, however, if vehicle incurs loss or damage as outlined below under losses not covered.
V.I.P.: $18.00 per day (max 35 days = $630.00)
VIP reduces the deductible in case of an accident. Please see chart below. In addition to the reduction in the damage deductible, VIP also covers incurred expenses of up to the daily retail rental rate for that period and size booked in the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle which requires more than 12 hrs to repair. Mechanical breakdown does not include malfunction of the radio, cassette, CD, TV, VCR, air conditioner(s), generator, refrigerator, cruise control or breakdown due to accident. A limit of $1.500 per booking applies. Customers must present all receipts for refund of expenses. The rental station is not responsible for any additional refund over and above the daily rental rate i.e. hotel charges, car rental or any other incidental or consequential cost in the event of a breakdown.Please note that we are one of the only rental companies that covers all damage whether on roof or the under-carriage as well as accidents occurring on campgrounds and parking lots.
All insurance coverage is VOID if all loss and damage (regardless of how it happened) is not reported immediately to police and to the rental station. All claims must be submitted with a complete written drivers report.

while hitching & unhitching including dropping of the trailer
& damage to jacks. Damage caused by freezing of any
vehicle system and damage caused if Camper is unloaded
from truck (not allowed). Carrying more passengers than
available seatbelts. Any damage caused by failure to use
specified fuel, travel in restricted areas and any infraction of
the terms in the rental agreement. Any loss or damage not
immediately reported to police and the rental station.

Early Pick-up and late Drop-off is available for additional charge.
Before departure, time will be spent to acquaint the Renter with the use and operation of the vehicle. This will cover all aspects necessary for the enjoyment of a Recreational Vehicle. If required, a test drive will also be given. Please allow 1-2 hours for instruction, paperwork and unpacking.

| Only Vans and Motorhomes up to 27/30 are allowed on gravel roads. Surcharge is $300.00 for ALL gravel road driving, including Alaska Hwy ( north of Fort St. John ), Cassiar Hwy ( north of Stewart ), Dempster Hwy and Bella Coola Hwy. Any travel on gravel road must be pre-booked. |
