| To avoid extra charges, please return vehicle clean inside and outside. A fee of up to $100 may be charged if the vehicle interior is not clean. Interior damages or loss and breakage of equipment will be paid for by the renter. Holding tanks must be emptied prior to vehicle return or be subject to an additional sewage dump charge of up to $100. |

All vehicles are covered by $5,000,000 public liability and property damage insurance with a $3000 deductible clause per occurrence. A credit card deposit is required before departure to cover the insurance deductible. All deposits are processed upon vehicle departure. This deposit is refundable when the vehicle is returned in its original condition as inspected prior to departure and clear of any third party accident claims.
PROTECTION PACKAGE:
CDW Insurance $14.00 per Day with $1000.00 Deductible
VIP Insurance $26.00 per Day with $100.00 Deductible
Reduce the $3000 insurance deductible to $1000 with the purchase of CDW for only $14 per day additional or with the purchase of VIP for $26 per day additional reduce the deductible to $100 per occurrence. Included with the purchase of VIP insurance you also receive Emergency Roadside Service from BCAA and Trip interruption protection. Trip interruption protection provides for incurred expenses of $50 per person per day for lodging and $50 per group per day for other transportation in the event that the RV suffers a mechanical breakdown lasting 12 hours or longer. The Maximum expense allowed is not more than the total of the original paid rental or $3000 whichever is less. This plan is not valid in the event of an accident. All expenses must be authorized the rental company in advance and all receipts must be presented by the renter to qualify for refunds. VIP excludes liability for personal property, accidental or non-accidental damages and interior damage. Malfunctions to radios, air conditioning, fridge, heater and cruise control are not considered mechanical breakdowns. |

Before departure, time will be spent to acquaint the Renter with the use and operation of the vehicle. This will cover all aspects necessary for the enjoyment of a Recreational Vehicle. If required, a test drive will also be given. Please allow 1-2 hours for instruction, paperwork and unpacking
Early Pick-up up from 9:00 – 12:00 and drop off option until 3:00 pm is available for additional $75.00. |

| Travel Restrictions |
| Motorhomes are not permitted on winter ski hills, gravel, and dirt or non-public roads. Unauthorized travel to any of these restricted areas voids all service, insurance and expense protection normally provided by the rental company plus a surcharge upon vehicle return of $500. |
